TERMS AND LIMITATIONS

            MGL - Mining Gems and Jewelry Laboratory is a gemological laboratory established with the purpose of providing inspection and reporting on gem and jewelry analysis results. MGL is equipped with the equipment, tools and technology for gem and jewelry analysis. MGL's team is made up of experts who have a lot of experience in the field of gem inspection, precious metal analysis and jewelry quality inspection. We would like to inform our clients about the following terms and limitations on the liability of MGL :

1. The specimen given to the MGL laboratory for inspection is insured by the client for all risks for the time it is shipped to the MGL Laboratory, during the inspection time of the stone in the laboratory, and during the shipment from the laboratory to my place.

2. MGL and its employees shall not be liable for special or consequential damages for any errors in, or omission from, any reports, or for issuance or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The report is not a guarantee of the value of appraisal.

3. Neither the report nor the name, trademarks, or service marks of MGL may be used in whole, or in part, without MGL’s prior written authorization. Misuse of this report will be legally prosecuted.

4. This report represents only the best professional opinion of the MGL at the time of issuance. Results of the analysis by others may differ, depending upon when, how, and by whom the samples have been examined. In addition, the results may differ in the future due to subsequent improvements, changers, modifications or obsolescence of the techniques and equipment available and/or in use at the present time.
